About the Role

・Handle day-to-day store operations, including both FOH (Front of House) and BOH (Back of House) activities
・Support back-office tasks such as sales tracking, inventory control, and staff scheduling
・Propose and implement initiatives to improve service quality
・Assist the General Manager with operational duties and serve as acting manager when needed
・Take part in general store operations with progressive involvement in management-level responsibilities
・Engage in long-term career development opportunities with potential for internal promotion

Requirements

・Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in restaurant operations, including both FOH and BOH


・Must have legal authorization to work in the United States


・Must own a car and be comfortable driving in the Los Angeles area


・Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively and efficiently
